ParentPay is used in many schools and parents can make their payments online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parents can make payments for school trips, school meals, uniform and various other items. This means that parents do not have to remember to write a cheque or give their child cash to take in to school. Furthermore, through ParentPay parents are able view their account online where it is easy to track recent account history, available balance and credit new funds to their child's account using a credit, debit card or direct debit. It is also possible to make online payments for school trips, buses and events.
Whilst ParentPay is the school's preferred method of payment, the Finance Office will still accept cheques and cash. Please include your child's name, tutor group and details of the item you are paying for on the reverse of any cheques. Please note that cash must be paid into the finance office where a receipt will be given to your child. Cash is not to be deposited in the finance box (located just outside the finance office) - this is for cheque payments.
